Shipping is free on every model we sell. There is no minimum order and no surcharge by weight, which matters on tools in this class.
Orders are dispatched once payment is arranged. You will get an email when your order ships.
Every rebar tying gun carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty work is handled by the manufacturer through us: email orders@rebarguns.com with your order reference and a description of the fault, and we will start the claim.
Each product page carries the owner’s manual and parts list as downloadable PDFs. Many issues are covered there, and it is worth checking before starting a claim.
To return an item, email orders@rebarguns.com with your order reference before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and make sure the item is credited to you when it arrives.
Return an item in the condition you received it, with its case and accessories. Tools that have been used on site cannot be returned as new, though they may still be covered by the warranty above.
